How can i lose my belly fat, and leg fat safely?

I’m 15 years old, I’m not entirely FAT, but i have some extra weight on my belly and my legs. I’ve been searching the internet for a while, and all i could find were stupid crash diets and books i had to purchase for a ridiculous price.

So, how can i lose that extra fat?
I love jogging and everything, but I live in Michigan. There is currently 6 inches of snow where I live, and there isn’t an indoor center i can run at within half an hour.

Limit these things:
1) Breads
2) Sweets
3) Sodas (Drink LOTS of water!)
4) Potatoes, fries, rice, white breads, and corn.

Do exercises that cause you to sweat for 30 minutes to an hour daily.
In everything that you do, do it with moderation. Do not deny yourself anything because your body will crave what you are denying it to have. So you can have anything but the things that can put weight on you faster, you need to eat in moderation. That way you won’t be craving things you have decided to deny yourself of.
