Help in MMA Training?
I’m 14, almost 15, and I have a pretty developed body and athletic skill, and i’m looking for a career in mma, but recently my training has started to slack, whenever I shadow box, I tend to mess up, losing my flow, and I feel like there’s something wrong. I lack in some equipment, I have a set of resistance bands, one 25 lb dumbell, and that’s about it. Any advice on how I can pick everything back up and start making more progress? (There are no MMA schools around where I live)
You must look elsewhere, if there is no MMA school in your area, just search if there is other style like Muay Thai, Kickboxing, BJJ, Karate, wrestling or any other else that can help you achieve your objectives.
It is hard to train by yourself, you will only develop things that’s hard to break soon, even if you has any partner, if he has no background from any arts, your practice will just ruined, because wrong methods and applications is a habit that’s not easy to correct if you do it for long without proper guidance from any qualified Instructor.
Instructor corrections is the most vital part on training, his advice and correction will totally develop certain practitioner accordingly.
Good luck
