Yoga with weight gaining muscle gaining diet?

Okay im done with resistance training {long story,short i accutaly lost weight and looked no where how i wanted to look} im acctualy wanting to gain weight and muscle and tone them so eating protiens etc and drinkings lots of water getting nutritents..afterwards doing yoga.. will this help all that nutritents get to my body {scuplt,tone meetc} because i heard yoga is the most low burning fat exercice but its very effecticve for toning and sculpting {yoga stretches} Real info please THANKS!!! what other benefits does have yoga have

I think it would depend on what you are looking for. If you want to bulk up Schwarzenegger-style, yoga isn’t going to do it for you. It sounds like you tried that but you didn’t get enough nutrients and calories to build up your physique.

That is kind of body doing tons of yoga builds. We’re talking several hours a day here, though, I’m sure. You’re not going to get this from 2 classes a week.

My advice would be to take a bunch of beginners classes to get the basics of the poses, maybe take a few private classes with a good teacher. This so you don’t hurt yourself when going into fast paced classes. Then morph into power yoga or ashtanga yoga, supplementing your several classes a week with a daily home practice (with the help of DVDs or something designed for you by a teacher).

The other benefits of yoga are plentiful. Here’s a few in short:
