How to lose 5-7 pounds within a month?
I’m 20 yrs old, 5’1, and I used to be around 100 pounds to 103 pounds…
Over a few months I havent been exercising (due to my asthma, and I have flat feet so my knees hurt from excessive walking or standing)…. so I dont work out often
I’m not overweight I know, but I really want to tone my arms and my legs… and I’m sure at my weight I can do it but I just don’t know where to start
A few questions:
1. How can I tone my arms? I have a lil bit of excessive fat that I want to get rid of!
2. How many sit ups should I do a day?
3. I have cellulite at the back of my thighs… right beneath my butt, and I really want to get rid of it.. how??? (not creams I’ve tried it doesnt work lol)
I’m going away on vacation in a month and really wnat to work on these 3 things before I leave!

It is the wrong idea that if u want to get rid of fats around ur tummy area or arms, u will do the specific exercise to get rid of the fats there> eg, sit up for stomach muscle, push up or lifting dumbell for triceps or biceps area.
u must first lose the overall body fat, then slowly u will target the specific area. only on the long term or discipline training and exercising, u will see the results.
i have seen dozens of people doin the above wrong idea, fat tummy guys who have tremendous difficulty to do sit up, wobbily arms trying to do some really heavy weight or dumbells… in the end they see little or no results at all after a while and they give up!
so i advise u to do more aerobic exercise such as swimming and jogging regularly for 1 or 2 months first, then proceed to specific area training (with ur own body weight or light weight), which will tone ur body muscles (dont forget to continue areobic exercises!!!). try to ENJOY more fruits and vegetables, spread out ur meals into more portion > 4 -5 meals per day, small serving each so that u wont be hungry in between. less salt and fried food pls.
