how to be a fitness model?

i’m a 17 year old female and i’m 5 feet and weigh 125 lbs
i just started working out with a personal trainer to get in shape
however, i really like the look of fitness models (not bodybuilers!)
how often and for how long would i have to work out to achieve this look? and how much weightlifting, cardio, resistance training, etc. do i do?

An hour of cardio 3 times a week and an hour of weight training 3 times a week should get the job done. The cardio could be running, cycling, dance, martial arts, fitness classes at the gym, gymnastics, a sport, etc. At 5′ tall you should probably weigh between 105 and 115 pounds depending on how muscular you are. 2 years could possibly get you there. Talk to your trainer.
